• We allow exchanges only if the wrong item or a damaged item was received.
• Exchanges must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all labels attached.
• If the requested replacement is out of stock, we can offer another item of the same value.
