NOTE: Express deliveries (via Uber, Bolt, etc.) are available on request and attract extra charges. Once an express rider has picked up your item, the delivery fee is non-refundable.
Delivery outside Lagos
Nationwide delivery takes 2–5 business days, depending on courier timelines and destination.
We do not use bus drivers or unregistered transporters for safety and tracking reasons
NOTE: If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect details or the receiver being unreachable, a new delivery fee will be required
Exchange Policy
• We allow exchanges only if the wrong item or a damaged item was received. • Exchanges must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. • Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all labels attached. • If the requested replacement is out of stock, we can offer another item of the same value.
NOTE: We do not accept exchanges for wrong size or change of mind. Please confirm your UK size using our size guide before placing an order.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds, except in cases where:
We delivered the wrong item.
The item arrived damaged, and a replacement is unavailable.
The item is completely sold out.
Approved refunds will be processed to the customer’s provided account details.
